The Empower Method

Our Philosophy

 At Empower Golf Performance we subscribe to the concepts that TPI teaches, namely, that there is an infinite number of ways to swing a golf club, but there is one ideal swing for you as an individual. This ‘perfect swing’ may be different for every golfer, and can also change over time. Injury, illness, and life in general change our bodies and how we are able to swing a golf club. Your perfect swing at fifty may not be the same as your perfect swing at twenty. We help golfers fully understand the 3 main factors impacting their game and health: Technique, Equipment, and Physical Abilities (i.e. mobility, flexibility, strength, balance, power, speed). We help create a natural swing with your body by understanding and accepting what your body as a whole can do. We emphasize each body part has a role and we can not fight or force these motions. Our goal is to educate our golfers that there is  relationship of cause and effect with the body and cause and effect with the golf swing.

We utilize state of the art video and 3-Dimensional motion capture to analyze your swing

We use physical performance and movement based testing to identify what your body can do

The TPI and Empower Golf Physical Screens and Performance tests  inform us what our golfer is physically capable of, and the correlation with their golf swing


 We then find the body-swing connection which refers to the relationship between an individual's physical capabilities and their golf swing mechanics. 

Our Team Approach

Our mission is to help you unlock your full potential as a golfer. We like to utilize the illustration of autoracing. Our golfers are high performance vehicles. Our golf coach is the driver who's goal is take their car to the finish line and win the race. We utilize our pit crew (Golf Medical, Golf Fitness, Equipment) to help our driver and car be the most successful they can. We always work as a team. As a team, we work together to optimize every golfer we can!
